1. Service Description

AI Gateway provides access to Large Language Model (LLM) APIs through a pay-as-you-go billing system. Users can top up their balance and use it to make API calls to various AI models.

2. Pay-As-You-Go Billing

Our service operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You are charged based on actual usage of API calls. Each API request is billed according to the model pricing at the time of the request. Usage details including the applicable pricing are recorded in your usage logs.

3. Pricing Changes

Model pricing may change at any time without prior notice. However, each usage transaction is recorded with the pricing that was in effect at the time of use. Your usage history will always reflect the actual cost you were charged.

4. Balance and Top-ups

• Top-ups add credit to your account balance
• Your balance never expires and remains available indefinitely
• Balance can only be used for API usage within this platform

5. No Refund Policy

All top-ups are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, the balance cannot be withdrawn or refunded under any circumstances.

By topping up your account, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Payments are non-refundable
• Balance cannot be converted back to cash
• Balance cannot be transferred to other users
• Unused balance will remain in your account permanently

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. In case of termination, any remaining balance will not be refunded.

7. API Usage

Users are responsible for their API usage and must comply with the acceptable use policies of the underlying AI models. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

• Generating harmful, illegal, or malicious content
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Reselling API access without authorization
• Using the service for spam or automated abuse

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
